Baltimore-based label A389 Records have recently reissued an expanded version of Philadelphia’s NOTHING’s 2011 EP, Downward Years To Come. One of the new additions to the reissue is an acoustic version of “B&E” which now has an accompanying music video.
The video is a compilation of home invasion security footage thanks to a bout of jet lag that had songwriter Domenic Palermo combing through odd videos at even odder hours following a recent acoustic tour in Japan. Fans who are familiar with the much more crushing version of “B&E” from last year’s critically-acclaimed debut LP, Guilty of Everything, will be intrigued by the songwriting underpinning this earlier version which The FADER describes as “skeletal and eerie.” Check out the video via The Fader HERE.
The boys of NOTHING are also currently wrapping up a few US tour dates, and recently announced a hearty slab of European dates this fall. Check out the Tour Dates section below for a complete listing.
